Download the executable and run it from anywhere.
Add or choose a Project in Workspaces. When New Agent has no launchable agent, the setup guide appears: install an agent, then connect the gateway and models.
Finish and return to Workspaces. The hook receiver unpacks to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Perch\bin; logs go to %APPDATA%\Perch\perch.log.
